Shareholders of Lex Tenants Corporation (50 Lexington Avenue) vote to elect the Board Members. Board Members are elected for one year at the annual shareholder meeting (usually taking place in September). There are seven board members: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three officers. If you are a shareholder who is interested in running for the board please make sure to look for the shareholder meeting note which should arrive around August of every year at the mailing address on file with the management company (Matthew Adam Properties). Once the date and location of the annual shareholder meeting will be determined the information will be communicated to all shareholders.
